British spanish infantry

Anyone else noticed the voices of the spanish regiments, when you are british, have english voices in the peninsular campaign?

Yes I've noticed a typically sloppy effort from CA, JP. You shouldn't be terribly surprised that this release is riddled with evidence of corners being cut with troops being given the wrong voice files.

as long as it's not my game going crazy, I'm thinking of reinstalling steam because of other issues a few with NTW, but I don't want to take all the time it's going to take in redownloading something like NTW

have you ever heard of "verify game cache"?

This is because voices are done per country then per unit not just per unit. So a unit cannot be foreign and sound like it .

So how come Portugese units speak a different language than English?

Well, they speak Polish in ETW...

As far as i know playing as Britain all my portugese units speak polish and all my guerilla units that i have gotten from liberating Spain speak spanish, i've yet to recieve a regular army spanish line unit tho.
