    Default Augustan Reforms

    So, I just got my Augustus today (for the first time, in fact, and I was quite excited), but to my disappointment, it's now about a year and a half later and no reforms have occurred. Any ideas?

    Edit: The "High Ambitions" trait can only occur if the territorial requirements are met, correct? I haven't counted up my type 45's, because I assumed it was a given if my general had already received the trait.

    The same thing happened to me circa 166BC, I got my Augustus with high ambitions and so on, but didn't have the 90 settlements required. However, as soon as I did a few years later the reforms happened.
