Hmmm buying the emperors edition - what i thought was going to be a diary of interesting stuff napoleon wrote about - it was a leather bound book of blank pages - well done CA - oh i got a statue of napoleon which i hope was valued at more than $10

Not sure, round about three weeks ago now. I begun to play again after a pause of a few month, i had serious real life issues. Well, i did not so bad, as i expected it. But then...

Then i had a 2vs2, didnt know my teammate and didnt know the enemy, the enemies were two clan guys. So i expected a good teamplay. I was Prussia and the enemy in front of me took the Ottoman.

Instead of teamplay the ottoman rushed to me. I thought: Well, thats good!

He had two 125 in front, followed by a masses of Inf. Behind this 6 or more shooting horses.
Shot out begun. He surprisingly put his horses to the frontline. I thought: Well, thats better! At this moment, they shoot and startet to charge through my frontline, his Inf. followed, came in range and begun to shoot... now, within 1 1/2 minutes my whole army was destroyed or routing.

It was that fast, i just stayed stunning and after a while i was able to write: wow.

Btw:
I think its quite a pity, that we never see lost battles on youtube and other replays- i seriously doubt, that our videomakers always win. Also its a pity, that this thread isnt full of nice readable storys... just one in a bad english. C´mon guys!

The most recent matches I lost but have not posted with commentary are against Warcry/Warlord who won our 1st match of our best 2 out of 3 but I beat him twice after that.

My caffeine addiction had erased my long term memory but in addition to all the error messages one gets I'd say my worst experience was attacking (when still a noob mind you) this one fort uphill with a completely ineffectual army... it was a bloody slaughter.

i played a 2v2 game yesterday which the host rules were no art and no 100/125 units (kinda gay) but i was so bored i thought id play it. hmmm suprisingly everyone except me spammed art and lights and camped in corners. i really had a moment where i thought why do i waste my time playing this game. i did a test a couple of weeks ago against noodles where i wanted to see how much skill is needed to camp in a corner. needless to say i could have had a sleep it was that stupidly boring and sooooooooo easy to win. noodles is a pretty good player but the huge advantage of camping in NTW is just dumb and then CA strenghtens art and decreases stamina which obviously impact more on aggressive players than defensive players. Might as well crown some noob camper as the greatest player in ntw now. Agressiveness has been dealt yet another a huge blow.
