Default Warlords of Ediacara (sci-fi) is recruiting

I'm recruiting for this WIP, that attempt to set a roman-style warfare on an extra-terrestrial environment setting.
This mod is set some millions years in the future: the humans have colonized a huge part of the galaxy, carrying Earth's fauna and flora with them; the colonies are very distant to each other, then the galaxy hosts several thousands of human species with different cultures and morphologies.
One of them, the cyclops, is living on Ediacara, a planet with an Earth-like, very colourful environment. Cyclops don't have a developed technological level, and their political stability is broken: four clans - the yellow, the blue and the red (ok, it may looks a bit racist, because the colour of the clan is he colour of the skins of the different populations of cyclops, but it's merely artistical, so not my intention) - are fighting to obtain the power.

Units are based on carthaginian faction of vanilla. I've not changed armour textures but only colours, and the face, of course, putting a big eye on it. Horses and elephants have a zebra-like skin. The vegetation is blue in summer and red in winter, the sand is blue and brown, the buildings are based on eastern models and are blue; the sol is blue.
The mod wants to place side by side an awesome, strange environment and a monumental soundtrack with a very tactical gameplay experience on the battlemap, and an unusual approach to the strategic map.

Mappers for the campaign, scripters for the stats and sounds, and modelers for the engines and the animals, are needed.

    Sorry for bad english

(I'm thinking also on a sequel for Napoleon - Total war, featuring a "plasma" warfare, with bullets and cannonballs coloured with a luminous blue colour, if its possible)

So, what about the setting? What do you think?
Am i mad or do you think it may be a powerful idea? I really dont know, I cant judge a my idea and a my work.

When i'll know how to do, i'll post some photos.
I'm a beginner and this is my first modding project, but I can make it myself.
However, if someone would help me i think the final result would gain very much. Very, very much.
