No Dead Bodies?

Okay, I'll admit, one of the things that drew me to the Total War games was that, unlike other games, the corpses of the dead remained, which gave the battles a more real feel. But, with this game, the bodies disappear, which was a bummer for me.

Can that be fixed?

you have your graphics turned down too low. at medium or less effects, the bodies disappear.

I would recommend keeping the graphics settings on low, you might lag. *Cough* Wooden Comp *Cough*

Actually, my emachine should be up to the challenge, with 2 GB ram.

I don't know about that ... 2 GB isn't exactly state of the art these days. Also, a lot depends on your CPU and graphics card.
