    Default Creating a general

    I created my own general, and i want his battle model to look like aragorn, idk if that is what caused the crash.

    i am using gondor.

    Is Kynigos on the castline and on a water tile or on the side of a mountain?

    Try putting him on a separate tile.

    Have you tried moving the settlement a tile in any direction?

    its not a settlement, its a group of generals i created that specialize with each type of unit, (infantry, archers, cavalry) and im trying to put them on the map. i usually can do it, idk why nots working now -___-

    Okay, now I understand. The only times I ever ran into spotting a general or just an army unit were a water tile, a dense forest tile, or a tile on too steep a grade to where he would have trouble standing or moving.

    It shouldn't have anything to do with the tile. Usually errors in descr_strat will give you a proper report back, like the one above.

    Have you tried to run the game with the battle_model entry? This would narrow it down a bit more.

    Then it's something else. I am by 99% sure that the error is not in descr_strat. What else did you change before the problem appeared?

    just created a couple units but that never gave me a problem like this. and it is in the descr_strat because when i remove them it works -___-

    Change your log to trace, run the game again. after that compress the log and upload here.
    Wrong placement of characters will not cause the game to crash!

    Edit: unless as stated in the next post, it is on a resource.
