    Default Britain to easy?

I was playing as Britain in the new Peninsular Campaign and i kinda noticed how it was very easy. And you might say "well then just turn up the difficulty level," well I would but it's already on Very Hard. I could go to just about any town and auto-resolve or they surrender. Then I liberate and get more units. Then do the same to the next city. When I played as Spain although, I found it was actually challenging on Very Hard. Anyone else notice that it is somewhat easy? And if no, does it get harder?

I found getting enough money to support all my units a problem...

Yes that is one setback I faced, although, I found it easy to just continually send merchantment to a trade node and get more money that way....

Yes it was easy to start with but I'm running out of money now and the French counter attacks are getting a bit more serious.

if anything both the English and Spanish campaigns seem very easy at the start but they really get tough after a year or so. In my Spanish campaign i found 1811 very easy. Now its 1813 and I am on the verge of losing the campaign.

Like the other campaigns, your opening moves are very important. If you blitz and screw the AI over, it will be very easy to win. If you wait a bit and let them get ready things get much tougher.
