    Default Is RM3 Mod foldered???

I mean I reallllly don't want to have to re-download anything as my computer is slow and it take about an hour an a half to re-download any sort of mods and I have about 3 installed on my game that are modfoldered. So again, is this game Mod foldered and won't affect any original game files?

That shouldn't happen... silly question: have you installed it in its own modfolder, or directly over RTW files? No idea how to solve it, sorry

i think it is not completely modfoldered, once i installed it to may desktop and moved it to my rtw directory, and there were a few files it asked to overwrite.

The Vanilla city flag problem exists in my game too, which is strange, because it's mod foldered.
