Need help with Napoleon Total War factions

Hey, I installed Napoleon Total War factions and i did everything i saw on the forums what to do and i even talked to my friend Lionheart about it and he sad that i should explain on here.

Okay i start the NTW factions i press the to play the Europe campaign i choose the SP All emergable and then type mod "NTF.pack"; into the notepad and then it sohuld start but it doesnt. Me and Lionheart were doing a little thinking and we oculdnt come up with the solution and thats why i am here right .
So husserltw if you are there please help me it would be realy apreciated, because i realy want to play all the factions.

so why would you post it as a realease? think people this goes in a question thread.....
