    As is written in the title, I feel this is original enough to post here. Enjoy!
    Here we go...

    My grand idea is essentially to add cybermen (yes, thats right) to TW. It was originally going to be daleks, but that would have been a bit hard to do. The "story" will be set in Iceland, in the wake of a Danish assault on the island formerly owned by Norway (and perhaps a native faction thrown in to act as/ replace rebels/outlaws). However, in a dark murkey part in the centre of the island, a small garrison of "Gods" exist, terrorising all that come close to their hide-out in this highly mountainous area. These are (obviously) cybermen, and will have far superior armour and will be fully equiped with their electric attacks and laser armament on their arms (or if this isn't possible, as carried weapons). The ultimate aim will be to eradicate this threat from the face of the earth!

    Gameplay- to begin with, the player will (supposedly) know nothing of the cybermen, so will concentrate the attack on their human counterparts already present on the island. However, as the war goes on the cybers will "awaken" (scripted- perhaps like aztecs/mongols) to take the bodies from their weakened enemies and make more of themselves (dunno if thats going to be possible- unlikely). On first discovering this inhuman threat, human factions will be unable to stop them due to lack of technology (with the exception of seige weapons). However, 5 or so turns after this event taking place, a new event will take place (much like the gunpowder event) which will essentially be that a discovery has taken place somewhere on the island (new weapons found), that will provide the human factions with weapons to take out the cyberthreat. And that will be short campaign over (as I can't really think of anything to add to it). However, it is supposed to be quite a short story driven campaign, and to this end it completes its purpose.

    At this current point in time, Job posts are as stands:
    mapping= me- currently working on map_ground_types which should be done within the week, followed by regions (which shouldn't take too long)
    scripting (edu, edb, music etc-basic stuff)= me
    animations=?
    models=Peteriscoolz
    event scripting= may try and teach myself
    2d graphics=?
    Skinner= Peteriscoolz

    So, what do you think+ any ideas?- I have more or less the entire summer holiday
    p.s; for those unfortunate many who have never seen dr who, just look "cybermen" up on google

    Well I'm no Doctor Who fan, but this sounds like great fun indeed

    It's a British TV series. Duh!
    And @ Dave- I think patience is going to be a virtue...we need someone else for animations (hint hint everyone!)

    Apoligies but I wont be able to Model I can only handle skinning and a bit of scriting if you want

    I though skinning was modelling.... A woops. Hopefully when Soul Firez returns he'll have some time- shouldn't be too big a job.

    No skinning is editing textures I am very very sorry my friend if you thought something diffrent.
