    I can send my pic too, but I am a Thracian Turk so I don't look like a Turkoman. But maybe you can use my face as a Byzantine or a Polish troop?

    Sure, I think it would make sense then to use you for Byzantine units and also Ottoman units.

    Baji means "sister", right? I know Ashiq Pasha-Zade mentions Bajiyan-i Rum which has been argued to have been sufi group composed of women, but I assume you are just referring to armed Oghuzz women in general. I'm sure that nomadic women fought occasionally, there is plenty of evidence for that, but I'm not sure that justifies a unit.
