    i need to re-install though. how could i go about doing that. all I found was add or remove program no programs and functionalities..

    If you want the quick and dirty way, delete the two Napoleon folders, one in Steam and one in Creative Assembly - if you don't get both, you lose, delete the clientregistry.blob in Steam, run a registry cleaner, reboot, then reinstall.

    Go to www.eusing.com, download Eusing Free Registry Cleaner, and read the info posted with it on how to install and run, install, run, and clean everything it finds.
    I still use it.
