    Civil war
I know that it's a huge progress in the way of civ-like gameplay but.....
But it's kinda annoying when your king expanded the borders of empire, under his rule the faction became the richest in the world, he ruled his kingdom with chivlary(about 7chivlary) and builded an alliances with all the most powerfull kingdoms....
BUT he still had ZERO authority and the civil war is plunder the lands..... It was just a one example.... But no matter how I tried.. HOW powerfull king I have.... THE CIVIL WAR IS NEVER ENDS........... I just forget about it and play with it just like another AI leg-up...............
SO explain me please the machanics how the civil war works.. Because I don't see any reasonoble explainings

I don't need any suggestions that the medieval times was instabile and every lord was for itself..... If you added to game some interesting innovation.. .than please make sure it's work correctly... and it's not an IMPOSSSIBLE luck to have at least one king that not inspires the civil war...

    Events
just want to know what is the ballance of +/- economic events..... because I only had +2 economic once(personal record)...... all other time I had the 0 or - events.. so most of time I had just a depression.... 30% of gameplay time... Maybe it's just my luck ? I know that I'm really bad in this

Played alot and for different sovereigns.....

and in the end want to say that I like this mod very much mostly for it's hardcore gameplay(like the AI playstyle)... but sometimes there is no interest in just giving the leg-up.... want some hard opponents.. not only the interferences from the game scripts

Also sorry for my spelling and grammar =) I know it's bad

When it comes to Events, I think you are one unlucky bastard. j/k. I have my Event score ranging between -4 and +3. But really, if you try to upgrade your DLV to 6.3 beta or 6.2 BB WAR DRAFT mini mod, then your result would be equal to mine. It's completly random, and there is nothing you can do about it.

When it comes to the authority of the King and Civil War, then I would read about authority in DLV 6.1: Strategy Guide for New Players! (Updated 9/16/09). Make sure your Heir fights about 5 battles before it's his turn to coronation. Among other tips which is within the guide. If that still don't satisfy you, then search abit about here. I have probably written a bok about it in the past.

Thorolf was thus armed. Then Thorolf became so furious that he cast his shield on his back, and, grasping his halberd with both hands, bounded forward dealing cut and thrust on either side. Men sprang away from him both ways, but he slew many. Thus he cleared the way forward to earl Hring's standard, and then nothing could stop him. He slew the man who bore the earl's standard, and cut down the standard-pole. After that he lunged with his halberd at the earl's breast, driving it right through mail and body, so that it came out at the shoulders; and he lifted him up on the halberd over his head, and planted the butt-end in the ground. There on the weapon the earl breathed out his life in sight of all, both friends and foes. [...] 53, Egil's Saga
I must tell you here of some amusing tricks the Comte d'Eu played on us. I had made a sort of house for myself in which my knights and I used to eat, sitting so as to get the light from the door, which, as it happened, faced the Comte d'Eu's quarters. The count, who was a very ingenious fellow, had rigged up a miniature ballistic machine with which he could throw stones into my tent. He would watch us as we were having our meal, adjust his machine to suit the length of our table, and then let fly at us, breaking our pots and glasses.
