The Latest and Greatest Cheating "Fad"!

I played three games today so far, and had to face off against three separate cheaters on each occasion! Since each time the "cheater" was using the exact same army build and faction, I can only assume that they were employing some sort of new standardized cheating system. Anyway, the cheaters used the French faction each time (obviously because the French faction can be heavily "loaded" when using unlimited funds) and their armies consisted of the following: 1-Polish Guard lancer unit, 2-carabinier units, 4-Grenadier a Cheval units, 1-Dutch Guard lancer unit, 1-Dutch grenadier unit, 6-Young Guard units, 3-Old Guard units, 1-Guard Seamen unit, and 1-general's bodyguard unit. None of these units was upgraded, therefore it appears that cheaters have discovered that many players don't check their opponent's army's composition during a battle, and therefore don't uncover their cheating. The truly sad thing is that on two of the occasions I'm talking about, my opponent's were so pitifully inept that I was actually able to pull out a victory! Now honestly, how sad is that?

Wow Bro, it seems that 6 howitzers do work tremendously well vs inf and cav. I though that CA made it so that money cheaters would be dropped. Shame on you CA if this is true!

I can confirm that "money cheating" is still running rampant in Napoleon Total War Online Major Hemorrhoid's Brother. However, for whatever reason, the cheaters apparently no longer use upgrades to improve their ill-gotten units even further. I can only assume that this is because it makes them harder to spot.



As far as my howitzer "spam" tactic being effective against the cheaters' steroid enhanced armies, yes, it is extremely effective. The Old Guard dies just as easily as militia when exposed to my massive shell bombardments, and since cheaters typically have extremely low skill levels, they tend to slowly bring their "invincible" units forward in massive columns, which my massed batteries blow to smitherines!

I personally havn't seen the money cheat post patch. But at times I allmost want to, a vast majority of players need these elite units to off set the lack of skills they posses. Then I may finaly have a good battle, until they rage quit at any rate.

My close calculations and observations have given me a clue into the future. After destroying many campers and cheaters during my time in Napoleon Total War, I came up with the conclusion that cheaters will multiply and outnumber those of campers. Campers are a dangerous breed but, cheaters are a new form of monsters. They were most likely formed from the breeding of a normal player and a camper to form a cheater, other opinions on them are unknown. I have calculated that the cheater is far more advanced and dangerous then a average camper and that they have the fearlessness of a camper and the aggressiveness of a regular player. So they are therefore stronger then both. They also reproduce at a remarkable rate.

So my observations suggest that these cheaters will become more organized and unite under a strong leader. Perhaps either Major Hem or Cu Roi , but the leader will have the most intelligence, so Im gonna put my guess on Cu Roi.

In other words off topic from the above sentence. These cheaters will unite against us and take over Napoleon Total War.

So before this chaos begins, I must do what others won't. We must form an alliance with the campers before the cheaters destroy them first and make them into allies of their own.

Major Hem, on behalf of the regular players. Will you join an alliance with us? Please ignor the statement I made of you earlier, it was out of love for the campers to provoke an alliance

I don't know Point_Man. These cheater/camper hybrids may be pretty hard to deal with using conventional methods. However, I'm working on an ingenious device which I can use to send a lethal electrical shock through my internet cable to the keyboard and/or mouse of these "monstrosities", therefore ridding us of them once and for all!

I wonder if anyone has encountered other cheats yet? Or perhaps the Hemorroid clan has scared them into silence!
