Default Converted unconvertable .string.bin files (English & German)

Hi friends; In these days, I am tryng to translate M2TW and Kingdoms language files into Turkish. So I need to get text files of the game. I unpacked the game and get the files which placed in "data/text" folder. Than I downloaded "alpaca's StringBin Converter" and "BinEditor" programs to convert ".strings.bin" files. I tried to convert all ".strings.bin" files but some of them couldn't convert. Here are the names of these files:

    battle.txt.strings.bin
    battle_ed.txt.strings.bin
    shared.txt.strings.bin
    strat.txt.strings.bin
    tooltips.txt.strings.bin

Miraculously, while I was trying to convert theese files, I found the problem about them. I couldn't convert them with converter programs because they contains some missing texts. I found a different conversation method (hex editing) and converted these unconvertable ".strings.bin" files. I made some Excel spreadsheets for these files and now I am sharing them (attached). Still there are some missing texts in these files. So I need help to complate all the texts.

Edit: ".txt" files attached to the first post. Convert this ".txt" files to ".strings.bin" files manually (with BinEditor) and past your mod's "Text" folder.

Edit: I don't have Kingdoms German language files. Can anyone help me to translate (English to German) these sentences or share Kingdoms German language files?

I'm pretty sure that this could constitute posting original MTW2 data, which is banned on these forums, although the mods might decide differently you should be prepared to be told to take this down.

@ gigantus; Yeah, you are right Now you can use German text files, so can you help to fill the blanks? (I don't know German)
    Thanks.

The material posted is not original, no need to be concerned.
These files (battle_ed, shared, strat, tooltips) cannot be converted even by the python converter. and if they are in text format then they are not original any more.

Oh yeah, so I was right and you used hex.

Empty records should not be a problem (hex: 0x00 0x00 ), that means just an empty string label. These entries are presumably no longer used by the engine (but still required for correctly reading the file).

What appears to be problematic: nulls in the strings data, e.g.: hex: 0x01 0x00 0x00 0x00 (length: 1, a single NULL). I've tried, once, and the game went loopy.

Yeah you are right. It works with null strings.

We can use my spreadsheets to make language files (for all languages). I will explain this with some photos.

The point Tellos presumes is correct as far as I can see. These are all just settings for non-existent features. Removing them completely probably has no effect on the game.

I support Taiji - all these features are from RTW and no longer in use. Removing them should not be a problem as the game will not call them up.

According to the other thread, untagged files are read by sequence. Which means if you delete entries you might end up getting the wrong text. Haven't tested that, but why delete anyhow?

Untagged = “unconvertible” in this thread. Tagged is what alpaca wrote his tool for.

Thanks for the correction, couldn't find the link to your thread at the time - but thought the info (not to delete lines) was important enough.

    Still need some translation.

Edit: ".txt" files attached to the first post. Convert this ".txt" files to ".strings.bin" files manually (with BinEditor) and past your mod's "Text" folder.
