Installation Issue

I wanted to reinstall RTW Gold and at first I got this error:

Then After I cleaned the Registry and tried installing in just the Program Files i got the following:

Error 2

Now after that I again erased everything I could find with RTW and Creative Assembly from everywhere in C: including Virtual Store and I ran various programs of registry cleaner and when I try it, wheter I try to install in (86x) or anywhere else in C: the setup will say "Setup.exe Has Stopped Working" and it always happens on "ui_1.pak". Im up to my neck with this as it's really starting to piss me off.

PC:
-Intel i7 930
-HIS 5850
-6GB RAM
-Windows 7 64bit

EDIT: I don't know if this has any meaning but the first time I tried installing it on this PC (A while ago) I got an error saying something about the Application not being compatible with 64bit, I don't know, can't remember exactly, Also in all these tries I was never asked to put in my Key code if that has any meaning to it since I remember that every time to install it I was asked my key code.

Those errors are saying the laser can't read the disc. Clean the discs real good checking for dirt, fingerprints, scratches, cracks in the disc's plastic, etc.

I use Win7 64bit, Program Files (x86 (default)) and I have np problem BUT the first thing I did before installing was disable the UAC.

I did what you said, turned off UAC, cleaned the disc throughout and left it nice and shiny. I also installed it on C: but this time I get this error with disc 2, so i'm gonna take a guess that disc 2 also needs cleaning?
