Well it depends, if I play on 1920x1080, my natural resolution, but I have to have lower graphical settings, if I play n say 1280x768, then I can have high-ultra settings!

Lowering the resolution makes the games look kind of blury for me. The image is clear only when I use the native resolution. This works for different monitors. Like when 1024x768 is the native resolution for a monitor and 1280x1024 for another, but when you lower the resolution of the second monitor to 1024x768 the image is blury while the image on the first monitor is ok. at 1024x768. Why this happens?

Yeah but the trade-off is they look likeanyways because LCDs in reality only work well for one resolution.
Because of the way LCDs are constructed. In the old CRT displays you could change the resolution because you basically had an electron ray whose path on the screen you could control. In LCDs you have fixed pixels and therefore lower resolutions have to be interpolated and look like. I think you might be able to set half the resolution in each direction and achieve decent results but anything in between won't work well.
For me this unfortunately means I have to play every game on 1920*1080 with a low-medium graphics card and therefore have to play on lower detail settings. Still better than a blurred picture causing headaches, though
