Anyone have graphix problems?

I have with enemy,look their heads. Anyone know how to resolve this?
I did not have it before but after patch it is so....
On first picture this guy is like Indiana Joe.
On second picture one guy uses camouflag.
And on last picture that guy is total hell boy.

I can't say I've noticed but I've reinstalled NTW because my mods wouldn't work after the update.
