Looks good, well done. Imo, your change to much and to fast with musictheme. The viewer didnt have the time to go into it. Go on with that!![]()
If you're dealing with the devil, it's not the devil who changes, but rather the devil change you - for sanity is like a spider, sitting in a net woven from the finest of strings, unaware of the hand coming closer, being grabbed and stuffed into a mouth.
Check this: Turumba's Twitch and Youtube channel!
You change the music far too much, one or two peices should be all, not ten. You aslo move the camera too much at odd angle, only move in straight lines for the best effect.
Track three is well suited.
Otherwise a good start.
Your opinions are noted but, I did this how I view the battle.
The beautiful epic charge in slow-mo with sad classical music playing, the infantry assault with fast paced music for the suspension, and finally no sound for the last charge of the Lancers which signifies the end of the battle and the preclude. So with that, I used the regular game sounds.
Basically I did this for my own pleasure and Im sharing it with yall.
The angles and movements are what I used and edited during the initial recording but, I did all that editing in 30 minutes after doing the battle itself in game. So I had no time for epic shots like Butcher of Basra or Synoptic would use but, I still had some great shots in that video.
(For example: The Howitzer shot lining up with the sun during the first cavalry charge)
I used no Program to help me with it and Im still learning about all those sweet camera angles. The movements for me are unpredictable when I have no clue what to use for the final edit of the video.
I made this video after we did the gameplay in Napoleon Total war and it only took me 30 Minutes to edit and input all that together. If I had more time from work and school. Then perhaps I will make it perfect.
So thanks for your advise![]()

The Nanny had a TW video course some time ago, I managed to watch one of his tutorial vids before he made it private, pretty good stuff.
Maybe you can ask him if he gives you some of his tutorial material, it only works if you didn't get your footage from replays only, but since you're going for cinematics, maybe it'll help you.

i enjoyed it - good stuff point man!
Wow, those were some really noobish cav attacks Point_Man, the patch didn't make them that overpowered.![]()
Ok Compare the 1st version of the video with this 2nd version with an audio swap. Which is better?
I think it's not so much the music, I think you could add some one shots and make it more epic. Like that first cav charge, you show them charging, then retreating. I don't think it would take much more time to see the malee. Also, that last charge, I think you could have shown the depleted French army so it will make the charge that more epic.
I shown the depleted French army before the second charge and I gave an aerial shot of the cavalry charges on all sides of the square.
How come you are telling me this when you are the one who helped me Hem's Brother. I asked you if you could make a square formation and you made the most unstoppable square formation I have ever seen.
I knew you could defend well buddy, with the exception of artillery or rifle spam

very nice i really liked it - especially the music with the second version
good music helps be to control my coughing fits
i know a song by NIN which would sound really good with a cav charge

Well the next project video will be better. Hopefully I will have extra time to spare to do the next video and that video will be 11 minutes max hopefully.
Gonna add many soundtracks that fit together, hopefully adjust scripts for the unit settings, and perhaps have some editing support as well.
Should be epic
Well if you need me to train your next opponent in the art of camping, give me a call and I will teach them as I did Tyler the Great.![]()
