Default Disabling a mod (back to Vanilla?)

I recently tried out the American Civil War mod ("The Blue and The Gray" or something or other) and sadly, now whenever I launch the game it refuses to go back to Vanilla.

I don't know what to do.

I used the mod manager, and it won't let me revert back to Vanilla (or if it does, I don't know how to).

    Can anyone help me out?

I assume you talk about the mod featured here http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=316238. If so, you should ask the creator of that mod, HusserlTW, about your problem. He'll be able to help you out.
