rome total war vr 1.5

I have rome total war & rome total war barbarian invasion, when I look in the options menu in rome total war at the top right corner i see vr 1.5. Do i have to install patch 1.3, 1.5? when I installed the game I installed rome total war then barbarian invasion then patch 1.6. The game works fine. I'm not sure of the version so if anyone can help, I thank u in advance.

Is something not working then? IF it is at 1.5 then you are good, really...when you install that patches, yes you should do 1.3 then 1.5, or if you have Gold Edition it comes prepatched.

I,m good with the versions. Rome says vr 1.5 on the top right hand side of the options menu,Barbarian says 1.6 I'm going to assume that I have the latest versions. Thanx for your help

First of all - welcome to the forum.

If your game is patched to the latest versions you will find that RTW is 1.5 and RTW BI is 1.6.

If you launch the game using RTW then you should see 1.5 on the top right hand side of the options menu.

If you launch the game using RTW BI then you should see 1.6 on the top right hand side of the options menu.

Looking at the top right hand side of the options menu is the one sure way to find out which version of the game you are actually playing. I use the RTW Alex exe and I see 1.9 there.
