Question about wealth traits of BGR IV

hi, I activated BGR IV with RR/RC compilation mod. Now, I am trying to figure out how to manage my economy. Nobles are taking money from my treasury, I understand this. But why can't I tax them ? I played more than 15 turns and I still have 0 tax revenue from nobles. Furthermore, my generals and family members have not any traits related to their personal wealth or estates they own ( I read in BGR manual that there should be such traits to give info about their status of wealth ) Is this normal or should I try new installation ?

You would always have each nobles personal money showing if correctly installed. Unsure how you only got some features rather than none or all.
