    Default Traits

    Hi, really looking forward to this mod. Was wondering whether the changes to the traits system would change the way that decisions on tax levels and building options were influenced more by the traits you were trying to generate/avoid in generals than by logic or sense? It's an element of the vanila game I found quite tedious, eg. not being able to lower taxes in a city for fear of getting the bad taxman traits.

    The traits system is being totally reworked.
