Problem; console and other stuff opens at random

Hi, I've installed vanilla, patched to 1.2, then 1.3, then instaleld 2.02 bc, my OS is vista.

When I play the game, campaign and battles, doesn't matter, it seems that if I use any key from the keyboard, to be speficic, it seems that if I use keys frequently 3-6 times (like holding shift to move faster in battle or simply grouping units etc) a bunch of stuff pops up. When in battles; Sound gets muted (the option mute gets checked), the list of keyboard settings window and the console pops up.. For campaign its console, muted sound and cant remmeber the last window atm..

Anyone know whats wrong? I've tried changing the setup on keyboard options, numlocl flock, changing batterys on keyboard.. running out of ideas, help pelase! Wudang I need you once more!

I think it's a OS thing.

Because, e.g., if you press shift five times in a row then it will launch OS keyboard settings. So, try to switch it off in the Control Panel before anything else.

It did not help. I played around a bit now and it happens even if I only use the arrow keys for moving around the map. I also forgot to say that sometiems it quciksaves, sometimes it quickloads, wth is casuing this :S

Hmm, I'm quite sure that it's about OS keyboard settings, though I'm not sure what exactly...

It's hard for me to advise you without sitting by the machine and seeing all those settings and what actually happens... Maybe try to reset to default your general keyboard and OS language settings...?
