Need help badly!

This issue is installing mtw2. I have had it before, but last night I was reinstalling it to try some other mods when my 2 yr old son decided to push the power button while it was extracting. Now I seem to be stuck, with part of the game, but I can't uninstall and try again, but it won't play either. I have more info for anybody who wants to help. I'm running xp. Thanks in advance.

I think it would be safe to delete files that were only partly installed. Then use some sort of registry cleaner (try CCleaner - it's free). Be sure to make a save copy of registry before cleaning <- CCleaner allows you to make a safe copy. After that you should be able to install game again.
But I'm not 100% certain that this will work.

Hey Hammer, thanks for the reply. I went to help.sega.com and searched there and there was a step by step for manually removing it. I did that and I am trying to install it right now. I hope it works!
