Re: Problem with cfg
From which .cfg did you take those settings, exactly? Because here you have everything on "high". And which textures do you want to change, exactly? Because in .cfg there are few settings for different groups of textures:
building_detail = high
terrain_quality = custom
unit_detail = highest
vegetation_quality = high
etc.
What you can do is to run vanilla M2TW (or one of the campaigns), go to "options" menu, set things accordingly to your liking, apply changes, exit the game and run the BC. BC uses vanilla .cfg, too, so all changes you make in it are valid in BC.

Re: Problem with cfg
Well when i enter the game and go to video options, the most upper right option - texture quality is still on low. Iwant to know what to change in my cfg so it would be high. I want to change it in the cfg because thats the only way my settings save. When i change my settings ingame and close the game and enter again, nothing is saved.

Re: Problem with cfg
Please, be more specific.
What game are you talking about now: M2TW or BC? Because both have separate cfg files.
If you want to change BC video ettings then you can copy the part of the text (those [video] settings) you pasted above into your bc.cfg file, save it, exit and change it to "read only" in the file properties.
