Installation instructions are quite clear:

- Broken Crescent Total War ver 2.02
- Install Medieval II Total War ver 1.0
- Install Medieval II Total War patch 1.2
- Install Medieval II Total War patch 1.3
- Install Broken Crescent Total War ver 2.02
Before install Broken Crescent Total War create a backup of the folder Medieval II Total War.

You don't need any "part one". You need to use the link above, download 2.02 package and install it.
