Don't now of any since changing water is not a big priority.Try a mod that gives the game better graphics.

Havent heard so far that anyone had attempted to come up with such a mod! But am sure Roma Surrectum is going to be vith new and improved water textures.

EB has the best water in my opinion.

Unless you isolate the texture files however, it will also change the ground textures.
