I am reading Jon Anderson's biography of Che. In it he mentions that the OAS had essentialy broken all ties with revolutionary Cuba. A few rejected this such as Brazil and Mexico. Eventually Brazil followed suit and took the rest of the OAS's stance, leaving just Mexico. I was wondering what sort of actions were taken against Mexico by other OAS nations, specifically the US, due to their refusal to break ties with Cuba. At least up until 1964. Thank you for your help.
