Idoli - Maljciki
It's not actually the communist song, but a parody of communism, but this is the first thing I think of when words communism and music are mentioned together (besides the WW2 songs)
Here's my humble try at translation
Dawns on fire wake me from my dream
Factory mornings, smoke from the chimney
The song is sound, young workers
Steel mornings, I go to factory
My comrades, working, merry
Drive the bikes, all are proud
My comrades, working, merry
New victories we will bring
Sun is heating, wind is blowing
Morning dew, land smells nice
Sun is heating aaaaaaaaaaaaaa
Rich harvest, I am happy
[Russian]
Afternoon circle I will go to
There my girl will be
Blond girl whom I love
With her I will sail
[/Russian]
High furnace I am burning
Ore is smelting, I am smiling
The song is sound, factory sings
The song is sound aaaaaaaaa
Has signatures turned off.
just feeling like a despot on top of a ramp over viewing my rockets and troops

I like the Polyushka Polye and the National Hymn the most.
Oh and yeah Red Alert 3 has some pretty nice "soviet-style" musics.
BUT HE ISN'T COMMUNIST RIGHT GUY, RIGHT?Now That's What I Call Kim Jong-Il
And I have a good commie song:

"Therefore I am not in favour of raising any dogmatic banner. On the contrary, we must try to help the dogmatists to clarify their propositions for themselves. Thus, communism, in particular, is a dogmatic abstraction; in which connection, however, I am not thinking of some imaginary and possible communism, but actually existing communism as taught by Cabet, Dézamy, Weitling, etc. This communism is itself only a special expression of the humanistic principle, an expression which is still infected by its antithesis – the private system. Hence the abolition of private property and communism are by no means identical, and it is not accidental but inevitable that communism has seen other socialist doctrines – such as those of Fourier, Proudhon, etc. – arising to confront it because it is itself only a special, one-sided realisation of the socialist principle."

Take your pick from most Ernst Busch songs:
or this one
The song is "Der heimliche Aufmarsch", also from Busch.
