Default Can custom building models be used?

I'm creating new Prestige buildings for my mods but one problem is that a lot of actual buildings differ drastically from the models already in the game, which forces me to use existing models. I know Danova was able to add new unit models. Can the same be done with the buildings that are constructed (the models that appear inj your capital)?

Also, how do I open the building models in the models.pack file (I think they are "rigid_model" file type).

Default Re: Can custom building models be used?

Sorry to dig up this thread, but is there someone who know how to add a new building model to the game.

I want to add some prestige buildings.
I know that rigid_model can be convert back and forth to ms3d using ETWrigid_modelConverter and building models use textures from rigidmodel/campaignbuildings/textures directory.

But what are the tables which need to be modified to add a new building to the game ?
