I downloaded EB yesterday so when today when I tried to run the installer I get the do you want to run window. Then when I click run and it close nothing happens. Any help would be great.

If you have an OS with UAC, disable it during the installation progress, some helpful tips can be found in How to install EB.
Please try that first, if it works not post again here!
