How do i get rid of the uncomfortable supervisor trait?

I mean seriously, it's really frustating that virtually every single family member you have is a pedantic manchild who can't leave his city for five minutes without sending you a personal letter asking to be sent back home again. How the christ do i get rid of it? Alternatively, how the hell do i get anyone with any interest in comanding armies? Do i have to put them in a fort, isolated from every single city\town\village in the game, making sure that he gets beaten up by rebels every single turn from age sixteen to age forty six?


Or, maybe this is even better, how do i remove this trait from the game completelly?

Who cares about uncomfortable supervisor anyways? =P
I mean, its not THAT bad, + generals tend to be rlly bad in command, but at a certain points, after many many battles, the command stars start soaring up in no time. Well thats my experience anyways.

Yeah i know, but it's really annoying to keep receiving notifiers that every single family member who went outside of his city feels uncomfortable and wants to go back xD
