(Petition) Blood, Guts and Gore

Hey guys,

So I am starting this poll as a petition to CA to include Blood effects in Shogun II and not leaving it once again up to the modders to do it for them, dont get me wrong the modders do a great job but I think we would all rather see it done professionally. For me Seeing soldiers lying wounded on the battlefield and blood squirting out of a open wounds after getting sliced by a sword really adds to the atmosphere and feel of the game and I think most you will agree. Of course CA has to consider that this would knock up the age rating by a few years and not everyone likes to see blood (Why are they even playing a war game in the first place?

) but I think I can safely say the majority would like to see Blood effects in Shogun II

PS - It would be nice to hear from one of the Developers on the matter

Then don't vote. I've had it with stupid neutral poll options they accomplish nothing. On another note it appears pretty much everyone wants blood and gore CA. Make it happen!

I want more blood than M2TW, but for the game to be aimed for younger kids, it should have a button to deactivate blood.

Looking grim eh? Having become accustomed to the tasteful Med2 stuff, it's gonna be a tad feeble that in a melee-based game, we don't get any indication that our troops have been involved in a mighty scuffle and a good punch-up.

Maybe the best we can hope for is that the pegi wimps are ok with 'playground levels' of indications that our troops have been foe-bashing. The kind of stuff the kiddywinks see every day....ruffled hair, black eyes and grazed knees.

Aint quite the same though is it? our heavy infantry guys get involved in a good scrap and all we see afterwards is a load of our troops sporting cauliflower ears.
