Widescreen Help

For some reason, when I play certain games on my computer, mostly TW games, instead of the game taking up my full screen, it becomes square, and puts two large black boxes on the side so it's not widescreen, and doesn't cover my full screen.

It hasn't always been like this, and I'm not sure what happened, any suggestions on how to fix it?

If it 'pillared' it means your image or video settings are no widescreen. The settings need to something like 1920x1080 or 1280x720 or close to those numbers, those are standard widescreen settings in video. I think projects resolutions are very different though.

How do I change it to widescreen though? It was on it before.
