I was going to buy it off of steam since they have it for $10 rather than $20 at gamestop. Steam will provide a normal CD key, right?

Hey. I'm new to this site, but I've been playing Rome a while. I would totally recommend getting this game simply for the multiplayer aspect.

the 2006 retail price for RTW was $5. I remember because i gave one of my mates the game for his birthday that year
10$ is... fraud. i advise you find a retail store instead of an overpriced online store.

the euro is worth only 20 cents more than the dollar so that doesnt explain the difference. it is corporate greed!

I saw Rome for, 3 for £10 ($14,) or £5 ($7) singly the other day at game store. A real disc would be better than a steam copy.

Steam does provide a CD key. (my friend bought it off of steam)

Some people don't have access to retail stores that sell the game for 5$. (I know I don't.) I bought it when it first came out for... $50. lol
