HELP

I once was a happy and peaceful person, But then i got !#$%A Spyware on my computer. I had to reinstall windows to my computer

i lost everything. Anyways once i start installing my games none of them work! Both Medieval 2 and Battlefield 2142 have an error come up during an installation that closes the installation process. Because of that I'm a cranky person, i hate my job, i hate my teachers, i hate this world, i hate computers, please help. I miss Broken Crescent

The "Data Error Cyclic Redundancy Check" is a problem with the mathematical process done by your computer in order to ensure that data is properly transferred from a particular source to a specified destination. During the cyclic redundancy check, your computer determines if the data being transferred is not damaged. When you get a "Data Error Cyclic Redundancy Check" message, this could very well mean that the data you are transferring is corrupted.

Often times, you will encounter "Data Error Cyclic Redundancy Check" while you are attempting to read and/or copy data derived from a CD or a DVD that has been damaged. Prior to the error message, the common indication of a data CRC error is a grinding or whirling sound in your CD drive or the slowing down of your computer. The grinding or whirling sound is a result of the drive’s attempt to read the CD or DVD disc data for a number of times. After several unsuccessful tries, the computer will finally display the "Data Error Cyclic Redundancy Check" message.

Another instance where the "Cyclic Redundancy Check Error" may appear is when you are trying to access a file you have acquired from the Internet that was not properly downloaded. System crashes and applications with numerous bugs are also common causes that result to this error message.
How do I resolve this Error?

You can prevent "Data Error Cyclic Redundancy Check" by performing a set of simple procedures. If you encounter this error while your computer is reading data from your CD or DVD disc, the first thing you can do is to eject the disc and clean its surface with a soft cloth. If you have tried reading data from different discs and you encounter the same error in each one, you may want to check your disc drive for loose cables or you may need to replace the drive itself. Moreover, make sure that your computer has properly downloaded the files you are getting from the Internet prior to opening them. This will then prevent "Data Error Cyclic Redundancy Check" message from popping up in your screen. You can also use various download manager software applications in order to manage and monitor the status of your downloaded files.
