Installation Problem

Hey guys well I got an urge to play some Sims and since I've no cash to get Sims 3 I dusted out my copy of Sims 2, This is the first time I tried installing it on my current build and it's the first game I've gotten this error with. Ok so I pop in the disc, choose auto run, Click "Yes" when I get the confirmation to run it and after the screen pops up with Language selection I will click next and in about 20-30 secs later I get this: (Image Attached)

After I click OK the same screen will pop out in about 3 secs later. Anyone got a clue what's up with that?

its a registry problem; one of those registry cleaners should do the trick
