CTD during turn change

Cant go any farther, CTDs during the turn changeover as soon as it reaches the rebels. This is a fantastic mod, I cant wait for 1.4!

I can't make heads or tails of this stuff, hopefully one of you more knowledegable types can see what the problem is. Thanks
