Howdy guys and dev team,
I was just wondering if there was a way to make battles more decisive in 1 turn recruitment. When I say that I mean; is there a way that is easier than manually editing the costs and upkeep for every single unit that isn't a really weak skirmish unit or town guard level soldier. My basic idea is that pitching a unit of legionnaires against a unit of town watch would be completely unfair, a unit of legionnaires could take 5 or 6 or even more, so I figure I'd make it so that units cost what they are worth in battle. Because 1 turn recruitment is somewhat unfair towards the romans when not played by the A.I (what kind of player would put 1 unit from all the italian legions into an army), I'd like to be able to recruit all the legions at all the legion recruiting capable cities. I get the feeling writing this, that everyone is going to reply with "have fun with notepad for the next week". I'd hate to have to edit a text file for thousands of units, though if worse comes to worse, I will. Help me out please.
