It is based on charm she has when she married the chances of good or bad traits occurring. If she had 4-5 charm- right in the middle- chances of good and bad traits are more equal and stuff like that happens. I've had several where it was like that. Charm needs to be quite high to get only good wife traits but not perfect otherwise she can get the bossy traits which is a negative trait on command and something else for the husband.
