Even if it is possible, it is totally against the terms of this forum to ask and to reply to such question.
If it are a few months you don't have access to your CD just let it send to you from someone by post/mail
or simply order yourself a new version for 10 bucks or less. Because there are no legal ways to play
without a valid CD/DVD.
(you can try to ask SEGA what to do in your situation and i guess you know what they would answer.)
