Default Despite wars, fights and diseases...

Despite all, in a world full with aparently stupid and ungry humans that seems be willing to destroy the world...all keep going, we are a bunch of unreasonable animals with a huge and complex way to take the existence in this world; i do ''believe'' in the strenght of anarchy, wildness, creativity and madness of humanity, in the fantastic tool of its will of a non-existing order, objetivity or truth, its completely amazing to study the human-being.

So trying to keep with all this positive way of thinking, id like you guys bring here some facts and passages of the history of your countries, cities, comunities or whatever you feel attached with, that show this empathy and feel of group through other humans. Im right now studing for an exam of History of the Sciences so i liked a lot the history of a Spanish expedition to American an Asia:

From England to China, this is a story that transmite me such a good feel, keep with those examples!!

That definetly makes up for turning millions of people into Opium addicts, in order control an ancient civiliazaton for colonial purposes.

Following that way of thought I guess nothing we do is right, as, in some way or another, our ancestors did something wrong.

Perhaps we should give up everything we do for a better tomorrow because someone who's behind our creation did something wrong in the past

Spain might have done that, but so did England, Portugal or France. What Alhamar was talking about happened in the beginning of the 19th century, centuries after the conquest of America. I'd rather try to fix something late than never.

This act of compasion is eclipsed by the terrible atrocities said nation has commited. IE: I am raining on your parade.

Said nation is Spain or England? both have commited several atrocites, China too and im sure we can name here so much more countries, anyways im not talking about nations here nor comparing good and bad stuffs, i just had a phillantropic thought when i posted it but aparently the post isnt succesful at all; i did know about this story before and i read it again for an exam, i felt happy thinking how Jenner discovered the vaccum and then a chain of movements started to work to end up with this expedition, was nice imaging Balmis convincing the people he met to take the vaccum, Balmis is Spanish and so i am so i got to know about him because this stupid coincidence, im sure that other people will know about more amazing stories like this that i havent have the chance to know about, was all about that!
