crash when trying to use vanilla NTW

well I got this problem,
when I want to play online you've to disable all your mods etc.
I did this in user script adding the '' // '' infront of the mod like

//mod mod_XXXXX.pack;

when I did this and tried to start napoleon total war.
it crashes.. but there's no message of the crash.
my loading screen at first start just dissapears.

I tought it was just the error that made the user script.
so I deleated my user.scripts and all my mods inside :/Data

when I start its just the same story.
when I put all the mods again and the user script it works fine.
any solution for this?
