How do i get rid of my old mod to install roma surrectum?

Hi i recently installed a mod for the first time, however i want to try this mod as it looks pretty good! But i know you have to have a clean version but am not sure how to uninstall the mod i installed earlier. Any help would be appreciated.

Uninstall RTW, then manually delete the RTW file on your hard drive. that way, you remove any trace of the mod that was there before, and so you don't run the risk of screwing up RS. Then reinstall RTW. It's a good idea to make multiple copies of RTW on your hard drive (by copying and pasting the file - and maybe renaming for the mod you put on each one), keeping one completely Vanilla patched to 1.5 so you can make more. that way you can have many versions of RTW each with a different mod. Who says you need to choose between mods? I know people on these forums who have RTR, RS, EB and SPQR on their computers.

Yea, I always make sure I have a clean copy of RTW before I download anything onto it.

Yep i got it working and playing it right now. Having a blast, can't believe i played vanilla instead of this for a while. I love the 0 turn time to make units. You always have almost full size battles, no little skirmishes like in vanilla. And the units look much better. Playing as Rome, busy uniting Italy under my power. Playing H/H
