How to get rid of a mod?

I installed darthmod but now i want to try a different mod, how do i uninstall the current mod i have so i can i have clean version of rtw?

The better question would have been:

How do i install a mod with keeping a clean version of rtw.

Before installing a mod: copy the rome total war folder somewhere - rename it and move it back
to where the original one is.

Now install the mod.

Now if you want to play vanilla - rename the modded to something and rename the copy to the original name.
And vice versa if you want play the mod again.

just Remove Rome Total War (unistall button)
then remove every file of the Mod
install RTW again
and then next time you wanna use a mod do the thing Chris Death says
ow and if you have some save files from RTW vanilla you can easy back-up them
