Firefox displaying weird text

This is getting really annoying now, so i hope someone here can help. this is what is happening: http://img256.imageshack.us/img256/875/scr9145889l.jpg

It started out a while ago, on another site, all of the headers show up like that. Now its happening here too, it appears totally random, on some profiles, some thread titles/headers, even signatures now. I did a google search, tried some things, but nothing has worked so far. I tried changing the character encoding, i updated firefox to the latest version. This stuff isn't happening on Safari, and my other browsers.
Anyone know whats up? is my version just corrupt, even after updating?

Does it happen with a fresh profile?

Edit: Also, is the text garbled if you do View Source (Ctrl+U) also, or does it show up correctly in the HTML source?

It shows up correctly, and when i copy the weird stuff, and past it in the search field it shows up as it normally should.
what do you mean with a fresh profile?

should have done that yes, had no idea Firefox had any kind of profiles. I created a new one, and i don't get the weird text in the common places, so it seems to have worked. Any idea what causes this in my default profile, or a possible fix? i tried goolgling

What I want to know is WHY ARE YOU USING A MAC THEME ON A PC??? Why wreck a perfectly good interface by making it Apple? WHY?! Probably your manly PC doesn't like wearing a Mac party gown and wants revenge.
