Try my fix, please. I ´ve repaired some (not all ) of silver textures, which I ´he found in my long teutonic campaign for now. Especially prussian, mercenary and officers textures. Simply save your old one and overwrite battle_models.modeldb in ..data/units_models . The second file is for the correct model of russian large city on strategy map. Again save old one and overwrite file descr_cultures in data folder. I´ll be able to repair some more bugs with textures if there will be interest. This mod is impressive.

I don´t think about that for now. I really respect Vlad. I like this mod and I hope, that it will be better and better, and more popular. I can continue with my small patch, until here will be a new version. Please, I welcome any bug reports (especially silver textures).

What do you think about these units http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=427333 ? I see something like bohemia peasants, militia and cavalry. Maybe slav mercenary troops. I ´ll try some of them.

Hey Vlad, I tried to change the files from the instructions in the readme, but after I did that, I tried to start the game, check the custom battles screen, and there was absolutely no change, and when I tried to click the Grand campaign button, I just got a CTD. Am I doing something wrong? I just copied and replaced the data, text, and ui folders.

Very intrigued by this mod. I've played a lot of Rusichi, but I wonder if installing Vlad's Mongol Invasion will break the original Rusichi campaign? I'm not sure how active Vlad is on the forums these days, but I hope someone can answer this question.

Thanks, one day. I thought it was worth an ask. Anyway, I've installed Vlad's mod and it looks pretty great so far. Wonder how much I'll miss Rusichi...

Bad news. Playing as Hungarians, I get an unloadable battle (different from CTD, since the hourglass just spins forever) when sieging the small rebel settlement beside Vienna. Any clue what might cause this? Are there a lot of these? So far, this mod looks beyond impressive, but I really don't have time to waste on a game with constant bugs.

EDIT: no error message (missing texture, etc.). I had to cold boot my computer.

Also, the problem is happening on the battle map, since I am also unable to fight a quickbattle. I can't think where I went wrong with installation. Rusichi 1.0, patched to 1.1. Vlad mod 1.0 + patch.

Can anyone help?

Ha, ha––sorry to make this my third post in a row!

I went and fiddled with the graphic settings and turned off the anti-aliasing. Now the battles are working!

(Apparently, my video card isn't quite up to snuff when it comes to the mod's superb detailing.)
