Default Removing units and EUA model error

My main question is how do you make vanilla units unbuyable in both campaign and single/multiplayer battles. I have figured out a solution to this problem but I still haven't figured out the second question.

My second question is can you use Elite Units of America models in custom units? I have tried make the 1st Delaware model replace the Prussian Line Infantry model but everytime I start a single player battle the game crashes. Unit will work fine with its standard model. Also I know how to change models and I only get an acception when changing this model.

One idea: In the txt/loc file, scroll to the unit names field until you find the unit-name (opposite its texture filenames) and replace the unit name (on the right) with a different one. Then, create new textures (eg if the unit uses the euro line infantry model, then find another texture that uses it, and edit it to look like a different unit). Result: the old unit is replaced, albeit unfortunately with the same unit icon and description box as before. You can change the descriptions though by scrolling to the unit_names_long_descriptions field for the unit and changung it. That's the best way I can think of for now.
