In my campaign, several NPC factions have stalemated against each other. I want one side to win and gain control over the entire region. How can I make this happen? Thanks.

Do you have a lot of money? If so sent spy's and diplomats - locate there next engagement, something like 2 stacks vs 2 stacks with 3-4 units on either side as backup. Bribe away the stacks of the faction u want to loose, 75% of the time they have stacks walking about without generals and its relatively easy. If u follow it for a bit and repeat it can have dire consequences for that faction in question. U could even go as far as bribing poorly defended towns away and demolishing the builds so it quickly rebels. If that doesn't give the desired effect and you are determent yet without funds use the mentioned Forced diplomacy.
Agree with general brittanicus , forced diplomacy , make them give you regions and give them back to the faction you want
How does one force diplomacy?
Its a script , Its optional when installing the mod , not sure how to install if you didnt click on it when installing !

This is where I use cheats to power broke factions I want to see grow strong; in the case of Rome I give the Germans and Pathians a lot of cash

Damn I would love to see that.I prefer a lot of different factions instead of 1 big superpower. Gives more room for diplomacy. I hate to play just battle after battle against an opponent with 30 stacks filled with the same units.
